We are all in a, “race,” as we serve God in our lives. We want to run as if we are going after first place and then finish strong.
(1 Corinthians 9:24; Acts 20:24)
Serving Christ is like running a life-long race and I keep running.
I have already won the race because of God’s grace, but I keep running.
Just like a serious runner is disciplined and intentional, I am disciplined and intentional about serving and putting Christ first in each area of my life.
Dear Lord, thank you for the gifts, interests and abilities you give me. Help me to use them to your glory. I know that I get distracted too easily. Help me to deliberately and intentionally grow and improve in each area of my life and my daily service to you.
Let’s shine bright,
P.S. Running a race can sometimes take us out of our comfort zone. I want to send you a one page PDF to help you live fearlessly and build a closer relationship with Jesus day by day.
