  • A clear set of “islands” (the areas of importance you are surrendering to Jesus)
  • Simple vision statements for your key islands (where He’s leading – “as if already true”)
  • An honest snapshot of where you are right now
  • A short list of scheduled actions—so you actually move forward

No pressure to overshare. Sharing is invited, never forced.

Weekly plan

Week 1 — Orientation: Your starting point

Identify your “ship” today, results you’re looking for and commit to the journey.

Week 2 — Dare to Live Fearlessly

Name fear, surrender it, and take one faithful step.

  • Guided prayer
  • Simple practice for the week

Week 3 — Define What Matters (Islands)

Build your island list and surrender it to Jesus.

  • Optional sharing

Week 4 — Describe the Vision (God’s Ideal)

Write “as if already true” statements for your top islands.

  • Prayer over your vision

Week 5 — Determine the Score

Take an honest snapshot (no shame—just clarity).

  • True→False ratings
  • Identify top gaps

Week 6 — Do and Become + What’s Next

Choose actions, schedule them, and set a rhythm to revisit.

  • Action plan + dates
  • Prayer + commissioning

Q: Do I have to talk every week?

A: No. Sharing is invited, never forced. Many people get a lot out of quiet participation.

Q: Is this counseling?

A: No—this is spiritual coaching, teaching, guided reflection, and prayer.

Q: What if I miss a week?

A: You can still continue. You’ll get the worksheet/practice to complete on your own.

Q: Can my church host a private cohort?
